Purchases and Custom Orders

All purchases are subject to UK laws and the Consumers Rights Act 2015. Should you change your mind and wish to return your purchase, we do have a 7 day return policy on our guitars and require the instrument to be complete, in original unmarked condition and with all original packaging and receipts. Any instrument that has been modified or altered or is incomplete is not elligible under this return policy. This only applies to instruments purchased directly from us.

Custom orders might be subject to a non-refundable deposit.

All goods and services remain the property of Jens Hucke t/a Hucke Guitars until paid in full.
